I drive for a living. We had different drivers to SFO and back from SFO it was awesome. Drivers were very polite and respectful. They were on time and patient with us. Great experience! Black Tie (Napa Cars) you rock. I advise leave the driving to them.

We had an amazing experience with this transportation service for my daughter and her friends on prom night. The driver was punctual, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire evening. The girls shared how kind, respectful, and fun he was, which immediately put us at ease as parents. He truly helped make their night memorable, safe, and enjoyable from start to finish. Driver was very professional & a bit early. He was talkative, but not invasive. I enjoyed the family info he told me. I felt safe & comfortable. I would use them the next time I need a ride to SFO.

Absolutely the best! Booked a month in advance and received confirmations via email and text, including the day of the trip. Usman is an excellent driver and extremely professional. We will be booking again soon.

Excellent service!! Happily accommodated a last minute pick up time change. Chauffeur was right on time, excellent driving skills, clean car and relaxing music. Highly recommend and we will definitely use Black Tie Rides again.

I absolutely love the people that run this company. My experience with them has always been excellent…excellent! Excellent service, very professional, they are friendly, they drive very well and the price is very good. You’ll never get better service with any other company. They are on-top of things, always following up, let you know where they are, when they will arrive and once they arrive. I love these guys! If you use this service you will not be disappointed!

The driver was courteous, patient and helpful. He was on schedule. Although the ride was very short, nevertheless we enjoyed the ride. I can only suggest to share his cell number so that if we need him we’ll just give him a call.

My experience with Black Tie limo service was great! Khurram was a warm, friendly driver who provided wonderful service. We gave him a $50 cash tip to show our appreciation.
