We booked a 10-passenger vehicle for a group of 8 specifically so we’d have extra space and be comfortable. Unfortunately, they showed up with an older 8-passenger vehicle instead.
To make matters worse, the AC wasn’t working, so we spent the trip baking in the heat.
They did refund $100, but that didn’t really make up for the experience—we paid extra for comfort and didn’t get it.
I’d strongly recommend confirming the exact vehicle and condition the day before if you’re considering using them for a wine tour.

We hired Black Tie Rides for our wedding to transport the wedding party to and from the venue. The drivers were on time and super accommodating. My party and I were running late for both pick-up times but the drivers were very patient. We never felt rushed and most importantly, they didn't leave us there. Would definitely recommend to others!
