Billings And Reservations
1. Estimated Charges: The charges shown are estimated based on the provided information. Final charges will be calculated upon completion of your trip. Possible changes include Extra Stops, Parking Fees, Tolls, Waiting Time, or any other additional service requested by the client. Your card may be authorized up to 7 days in advance of the reservation for the amount of the estimate. Other charges may be added as needed upon completion of the reservation.
2.Payment Methods: Payments may be made by cash, credit card, or any other accepted method. Payments must be made prior to departure unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.Black Tie Rides LLC will provide the clear quote online on our website, over the phone or email and text to client. The client will also get the email confirmation for clear quotes.
4.Cancellation Policy:
Sedans & SUVS: 3 Hours ( Prior to pick up time for all airport trips. All hourly charters for sedans and SUVs will be 24 hours cancellation policy. )
Luxury Sedans: 24 Hours ( Prior to pick up time )
Sprinter Vans: 3 Days ( Prior to pick up time )
Stretch Limousines: 7 Days ( Prior to pick up time )
Mini and Coach Buses: 14 Days ( Prior to pick up time )

Car Seats
Child Seat Policy: BLACK TIE RIDES LLC And NAPA CARA SERVICE provides car seats. However, our chauffeurs are not responsible for installing child seats for safety reasons. The parent’s or guardian’s responsibility is to check and ensure the child’s seat is installed correctly before travel. BLACK TIE RIDES LLC assumes no liability for improperly installed child seats. Child seats upon request for extra $20 for each seat.

Sedans and SUVS: 45 minutes grace period for all domestic flights and 60 minutes grace period for all international flights. 15 Minutes grace period for all other non-airport pick up trips.
Mini Buses & Motor Coaches: 30 minutes grace period for all domestic flights and 45 minutes grace period for all international flights. 15 Minutes grace period for all other non-airport pick up trips.

Extra Stops
Chauffeurs directed to make an end that is extra point-to-point travel are going to be recharged the base fare price and the hourly cost for the vehicle In fifteen minute increments when it comes to correct time that the chauffeur delays. Cleaning Fees
IF there is any clean up necessary, over and above what BLACK TIE RIDES LLC the “Norm” or if a passenger should vomit in or on the vehicle, there will be a minimum charge of $350.00 payable to the driver or charged to the clients credit card. The driver will pull over when safe to do so.
Damages
By signing this contract, the above client agrees to assume full responsibility for any damages to the interior or exterior of the vehicle that is caused by any individual riding in the vehicle. The client is liable for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of “BLACK TIE RIDES LLC ” service due to such damage.
Drugs & Alcohol
Absolutely NO alcohol is allowed for passengers under 21• There is NO SMOKING in vehicle – $300 penalty if violated. Black Tie Rides LLC can provide smoking vehicles upon request for additional $250 fees,
Passenger Behavior
Show respect for the driver and follow the driver’s instructions. Client is responsible for any damages caused by the client or clients party to the vehicle or its equipment, accidentally or otherwise. Violence will not be tolerated.
Lost Items
BLACK TIE RIDES LLC ‘ is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the ride or items left after the ride has ended. allowed on the vehicle. in or outside of vehicle!
